Since 2015, I have been working with people who pursued their passion and several years down the road found themselves running a business, managing employees, trying to grow and not seeing the light in the darkness to make that happen. I not only help you find the light, but leverage a proven process and methodology to guide you to the light.
Prior to FocalPoint, I spent 25 years in the Specialty Chemicals industry doing everything from working on the bench in a laboratory to being accountable for businesses of $700 mm+. I had some great mentors during that time, but also managed a number of challenges from which I have had great opportunities to learn.
